Descriptif
During a walk along the Saint-Trojan-les-Bains dike, we'll identify edible wild plants. Discussions will also highlight the benefits of adding wild herbs to your plate. The aim is also to provide an understanding of the landscape and the relationship between man and nature, where the plant becomes the companion of the human gesture. A better understanding of the plants that surround us, and knowing how to name them, helps us to better respect them.
The outing ends with a tasting of the plants we've identified.
Books on wild gathering will be presented.
