Dates & opening times
Descriptif
This sensitive trail takes you through the challenges of sustainable development in coastal areas and plunges you into the heart of our laboratories' research topics.
The exhibition comprises 3 modules:
- The observatory: inspired by the artist's immersive experience at the PELAGIS observatory, takes us on an encounter with the extraordinary diversity of birds, marine mammals and other megafauna evolving off the Atlantic coast.
- L'alguier: The series of drawings and the artist's reading of the captions celebrate the diversity of seaweed species.
- Fenêtres sur mer (Windows on the sea): Anouck Boisrobert-Pameli's work will combine cut-paper dioramas and shadow play to present an innovative data-gathering tool: the PAMELi marine drone. This autonomous floating platform carries a large number of sensors, enabling researchers to study the coastline from different angles.
Don't miss the pop-up workshop with Anouck Boisrobert on Wednesday March 5.
