UTLMO Conference: Wetland treasures
Dates & opening times
Description
This lecture is a musical, imaginary and naturalistic journey to the marshes, the birds and the fishermen.... In the form of a musical tale, both scientific and sensitive, we follow a flight of birds as in a story, and understand the geological formation of peat bogs and large marshes. We discover the richness of these areas where life abounds.
Emmanuel Lemare will be playing uilleann pipes and flutes, while Florence Lecordier will be on accordion and piano, for a rich and accessible program, interweaving knowledge and refreshing reverie.
You can approach the amphibious amours of batrachians, or imagine fairies through the mist, while a flute tune evokes the amorous lament of Pan, the god of fertility.
Emmanuel Lemare holds a master's degree in environmental science and technology and a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in science didactics.
