Yoga Nidra is practiced in shavasana posture, preferably lying on the back. Nidra relaxation helps you recover both physically and mentally, and always starts with the body and the breath, followed by visualizations and positive intentions in an altered state of consciousness close to sleep....a journey accompanied by texts and sounds close to nature.
