Descriptif
Once practiced by monks and then samurai before battle, the art of flowers has moved into the home as a means of expressing one's sensibility as a sign of welcome, celebration or meditation, in low or high ceramic vases and flowerpicks.
Considered a martial and then a popular art, ikebana highlights the beauty of nature: water, wind, the season and the passing of time are the four elements that must be seen in a composition.
Practice :
- herborization and sampling of local nature
- demonstration and theory of lengths, inclinations and apertures.
- personal work and corrective input.
Duration: 3 hours.
Cost: €20 to €30 depending on workshop and equipment.
Children aged 8 and over.
