Built in the 1630s as a powder magazine, it is now a venue for events and exhibitions related to Quebec.

Descriptif

This powder magazine could hold up to 30 tons of gunpowder. The body of the building features buttresses to support the vault. It was protected by a vast surrounding wall. The building was restored between 1990 and 1996.



It is managed by the Aunis Saintonge Brouage Québec association .
