Descriptif

You'll first head for the Giraudière beach, particularly suited to surfing, kite-surfing and sand yachting.

You'll then cross the integral biological reserve covering 158 ha of the Saint-Trojan-les-Bains forest.

You'll then discover the Pertuis de Maumusson, the strait separating the Arvert peninsula from the Ile d'Oléron. Please note that swimming is prohibited.

In Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, you'll see the villas whose seaside architecture developed mainly after 1936, completely independent of the original village. Take a stroll along the village's harbour, before heading back towards the port des salines and the old La Chevalerie railway station.
