Large, modern family home 2 steps from the beach at Chaucre, open all year round in summer and winter.

The house is located on the west coast of the island in a very quiet, seaside setting, in an area classified as "protected architectural, urban and landscaped heritage".



The house is set in 1200 m2 of enclosed wooded grounds, surrounded by umbrella and maritime pines.

With 5 bedrooms (4 on the first floor and 1 upstairs), the house can accommodate

The house is ideal for a spacious vacation with family or friends, just a 10-minute walk from the supervised Chaucre beach and close to the Huttes beach with its surf schools.

Rental conditions :

- Short stays possible for a minimum of 3 nights, except during school vacations and bank holidays.

- A minimum of 7 days is required for rentals during school vacations (in August, it is possible to rent by the fortnight).
