Take the bike path to the vert bois beach (supervised in summer), or head to the surf school

head for the surf school via an asphalt path to another beach (unsupervised).



The Ile d'Oléron offers more than 160 kms of cycle paths in a soothing green setting, with its various beaches (mostly supervised in July and August) where you can enjoy a variety of water sports and fishing on foot, to everyone's delight.



Ile d'Oléron is close to Rochefort, a town rich in history, with thermal baths and other attractions to please the whole family!

For the little ones:

A cot with mattress, a plastic bathtub, a table riser and a potty are available free of charge on request.



Facilities : INTERNET access, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave oven, 1 filter coffee maker, 1 Senseo coffee maker, 2 fridges, 1 with small freezer compartment.



Outside: large wooden terrace, 1 garden table and 6 chairs, 1 swing sheltered from the sun by magnificent holm oaks, 1 wooden bench, parking rack for 6 unsheltered bicycles, 2 parking spaces on the grounds.



-Rates /95 € per night in low season (4 nights minimum) / 130€ per night for june and september and all school vacations (4 nights minimum) / 200 € per night for july, august (Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday)

Included : bed linen, towels, tea towel.

Not included in the rental price : tourist tax 1.65€ per person per night for all over 18s.

Optional charge: end-of-stay cleaning package 120 €.

(Not including dishwashing, tidying up and removal of rubbish)



-Interior of the house non-smoking / no dogs allowed / not authorized on the site for tents and campers / you can bring your own electric barbecue (wood or charcoal barbecues are not authorized for safety reasons, as there is a risk of fire at the house in the forest).



-For weeks rented in summer, prices are reduced from the 2nd consecutive week of rental. Please consult us according to availability.
