This family home offers a living/dining room with a recent sofa bed and TV, opening onto the new, fully-equipped kitchen.
You'll also find two large bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, and one with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Each has a fitted closet and new bedding. There is also a shower room and separate WC.
In the garden, a large terrace is at your disposal, with a barbecue, a large table and chairs for 6 people, a small set of garden furniture, deckchairs and a parasol.
The house is on one level, the plot is shaded, there's easy parking for two cars on the plot, and a little extra: a gate at the bottom of the garden leads directly to the sea!
The port of La Cotinière, with its restaurants and shops, is 2 kilometers away, and the cycle path passes right in front of the house.
