Privileged location for this large, renovated family home, very close to the heart of the village, not far from the beach and cycle paths.
The living area comprises: a veranda with dining area, a living room with sofa bed (140cm), a closed, fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer) opening onto a covered, sheltered terrace. There's also a bathroom with bath and WC.
In the sleeping area, you'll find a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and cupboard, a second bedroom with a bunk bed: 140cm below, single above, and a cupboard. A third bedroom with a 140cm bed and cupboard, and finally a fourth bedroom/office with a 140cm BZ and storage unit. You'll also find a separate WC with vanity unit opposite a shower room with shower only.
Outside, a laundry room with washing machine and extra fridge overlooks the pretty wooded grounds, with benches for evenings and barbecues.
Up to three cars can be parked on the property in addition to the outdoor parking spaces.

600 m from the beach, 500 m from shops and 900 m from the marina, very popular area, possibility of doing everything on foot or by bike.
Environment :
The commune of Saint-Denis in the north of the island is very popular with holidaymakers. Numerous shops and restaurants will welcome you during your stay. There's also a daily market in season, featuring local specialities. Mini-golf, water sports and funfair, as well as sporting and cultural events in summer, make for a great vacation. The Chassiron lighthouse, a favorite spot for visitors to the island, is very close by to the north of the commune.
Access for travelers :
The garage adjoining the laundry room and the sheds at the bottom of the garden are reserved for owners.
Other remarks:
The rental is managed by the concierge. Once your stay has been confirmed, your contact details will be forwarded to the concierge. She will hand over and collect the keys, as well as carrying out the inventory of fixtures.
Linen is not provided. If necessary, our concierge can rent you everything you need.
The garage and garden sheds are reserved for the owners.
