A vast 50 m² living room with new, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a 30 m² "all-wood" patio (barbecue, garden furniture...) For your nights, there are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms plus a "chambre cabane" (sleeps 4).
A relaxation area awaits you upstairs, with a mezzanine and balcony terraces.
With a capacity of 10 people (max. 6 adults plus children), the loft is close to all amenities and 1 km from the beach.
