Descriptif

This house is located in a quiet residence, 7 minutes' walk from the Rémigeasse beach, on a 250 m² plot. You'll be able to park your car either in the residence's communal parking lot or in the private garden in front of the house (2 accesses are possible to the house).

This dual-address situation is very practical when you want to go to the beach or to Dolus (or another commune) and avoid the heavy traffic on the seafront.

As soon as you leave the residence, you'll have access to a cycle path that allows you to visit the island in complete safety.

For sailing enthusiasts, the Perroche nautical base is just a stone's throw away.

As La Rémigeasse is located roughly in the center of the island, you'll never be far from your visits.



The front and back terraces are ideal for dining or relaxing. A barbecue is available for summer grilling!
