Assiette saveurs restaurants
In the land of gourmet flavors, choose to eat locally with Assiette Saveurs restaurants. This group of passionate restaurateurs have chosen this label to promote local culinary heritage.
To promote local products
Assiette Saveurs Ile d'Oleron-Marennes is a group of restaurateurs all committed to promoting local products from our region: Marennes-Oléron oysters are, of course, world-renowned. But there are also many high-quality products from the area: fish from La Cotinière, seafood, salt, cognac, pineau, vin de Pays (to be drunk in moderation) from the Ile d'Oléron, market garden produce, beef, local cheeses, snails and excellent jams! The aim of the association is not to judge the quality of the restaurants, but to highlight the origin of the products and encourage short circuits.
The aim of the association is to:
- promote local, seasonal products;
- clearly identify Marennes Oleron products on restaurant menus;
- guarantee the origin and authenticity of products in partner restaurants.
- communicate your attachment to the region
