Descriptif
In 2013, Béatrice created her company "Moovia-energy" and has been teaching qi gong since 1996. This Chinese art of dynamic, relaxing exercises strengthens the body, soothes the mind and promotes flexibility.
Moovia Energy is affiliated with the following federations: Union Pro Qi Gong, des Arts Energétiques Martiaux Chinois and des Enseignants Qi Gong & Arts Energétique. It is also registered with the Charente-Maritime Prefecture.
She also offers TAO DANCE, with TU NA and TIAO XI: rhythmic breathing and physical movement to stimulate QI, nourish body and mind, health and longevity, calm the heart and nervous system.
QI-GONG (1h30) and TAO DANCE (1h) sessions take place all year round outdoors at Plage de la Rémigeasse, and indoors in winter in case of bad weather at Salle Rulong, impasse Patoizeau, St-Pierre d'Oléron.
By appointment, as a group (small group), duo/couple, family, individual or even at home. She adapts to every request.
On request: Nordic Walking, introductory course or 1-hour hike. Learn to use your poles effectively to strengthen your muscles and breathing, and develop your walking skills.
You can buy your places at the tourist office and contact her directly to choose your time slot.

- 10.45am - 11.45am: Tao Dance - Meet at Rémigeasse parking lot
SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM, September to June :
Mondays 10am to 11:30am QI GONG followed by TAO DANCE - Salle RULONG in ST PIERRE rue de Rulong (with annual CASTEL CLOS membership of €20).
Tuesday 17H-18H - QI GONG - Salle RULONG in ST PIERRE rue de Rulong (with €20 annual membership of CASTEL CLOS to use this room).
Wednesday 10am to 11.15am QI GONG followed by TAO DANCE - Plage de La Rémigeasse or under the pine trees. RDV at La Rémigeasse bike/car park.
Friday: 10am to 11:30am QI GONG followed by TAO DANCE. Salle RULONG.
17H to 18H QI GONG followed by TAO DANCE. Salle RULONG in ST PIERRE rue de Rulong (with annual CASTEL CLOS membership of €20).
Saturday: QI GONG followed by TAO DANCE on request, outdoors.
