As part of the 8th edition of Nuits de la Lecture, the theme proposed by the Centre National du Livre is that of the body. It's a way of echoing the theme of 2024, next summer's Olympic Games, through the reading of literary texts with Compagnie 25 ter.
This reading by Stanislas De La Tousche, set to music by Laurent Mastella, will feature extracts from selected works focusing on the body, the essential tool of the sportsman. The body in movement, the body in action, the body in pain from exertion, the body made beautiful by sport, the body that has inspired so many novelists and poets.
