A week of events to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Port Calédonia. On the program: AREPMAREF exhibition, Mareyants show, conference and discussion sessions, plus an evening of Nordic storytelling.

Descriptif

A full week of entertainment in tribute to the shipwrecked sailors of Port Caledonia.



Friday November 29: Les Mareyants present their show in the Salle de l'Escale.



Saturday November 30: Two lectures in the Salle de l'Escale.



Saturday November 30 to December 07: The media library hosts an AREPMAREF exhibition about the shipwreck and the discovery of the wreck.



Finnish artist Maija Salmi exhibits her work on Finnish culture in the Salle du Canot de Sauvetage.



Sunday December 01: Day of commemoration. Church service, wreath-laying ceremony, and walk along the Port Calédonia path.



Friday December 06 at 6pm: Nordic storytelling and cello evening at the Salle de l'Escale.
