Thus, alongside the Tourist Office, over 60 socio-professionals from all sectors are committed to enabling families to "live great experiences together", through fun and educational activities, quality catering and adapted services and accommodation.
A STRINGENT NATIONAL QUALITY APPROACH TO SERVING FAMILIES
The Famille Plus label label is awarded for a period of three years to regions and service providers that pursue a genuine policy of welcoming families and children.
It is awarded on the basis of an application and after a control audit. It implies compliance with a set of precise criteria, verified by internal and external audits, as part of a continuous improvement approach to quality.
LABELOBJECTIVES
The national Famille Pluslabel is designed to meet the expectations of families, and in particular to :
- Make it easier to identify and promote the family-friendly tourism offering in France and abroad.
- Guarantee a high quality of welcome by complying with precise criteria.
- Give committed service providers greater visibility on local and national communication media.
PROMOTING THE LABEL WITHIN OUR DESTINATION
- Dedicated brochures : Family Guide & entertainment programs
- A dedicated web page
- Targeted promotional campaigns (social networks, blogs, local press...)
- Support for service providers in developing their family-friendly offer, through tools and meetings.
HOW TO OBTAIN THE LABEL?
It's a voluntary process for service providers. Qualification is possible for structures that meet the required criteria. To apply :
- Contact the Famille Plus referent at the Tourist Office and complete the commitment grid corresponding to your activity.
- A visit will be organized to assess your facility against the various required criteria. Corrective action may be suggested.
- Within a maximum of one month, the Tourist Office will issue you with the decision, after receiving the opinion of the brand's National Management Committee.
The cost of the process is €70 (incl. VAT) for 3 years.

THE FAMILY PLUS NETWORK IN OUR DESTINATION
In addition to all the Marennes Oléron tourist offices, 65 structures have been awarded the label: 15 nautical service providers, 8 nature-adventure activities, 12 cultural and heritage sites, 4 hotels, 2 residences and furnished accommodation, 3 Village Vacances, 14 campsites, 7 restaurants.
