Are you organizing an event? Tell us about it!

Would you like your event (concert, exhibition, show, gastronomic or sporting event, etc.) to appear on the Tourist Office website and those of our partners? You'll find below a form you can fill in to have your event featured on our website. For editorial reasons, the Tourist Office reserves the right to modify, accept or refuse your request.

Please note that this form concerns sporting events, leisure activities, concerts, festivals, etc. It does not concern religious or political events, general assemblies or internal meetings.

Here are a few instructions for filling in the form and promoting your event:

  • The name of the event must be as clear as possible, and indicate the type of event by following the model below (respect the double dots, without quotation marks):
    Type: Name of the event - Any additional information (e.g.: Concert: Musique au Palais - Soirée Mozart).
  • The short description must present the event in its entirety, without repeating elements of the title or other elements entered elsewhere (times, location, etc.).
  • The detailed description should not repeat the text of the short description, but complement it. It must not include elements entered elsewhere (times, location, etc.).
  • We can only validate events that have a visual to illustrate them, so it's essential to include a quality photo or visual (not a scan) and not a poster with text. Please note that photos must be at least 1000 pixels on the long side. Landscape format is preferable.
  • The visual must be free of copyright and you must have the right to distribute it. If we encounter a rights problem, you will be held responsible.
  • Please note that only events concerning the 14 communes of the Pays Marennes Oléron can be entered. For other communes, please contact our colleagues at the relevant Tourist Offices.
