Tourism observatory

Since May 2015, the Tourist Office has set up a tourism observatory for the Ile d'Oléron and Marennes Basin.

The aim is to provide accurate quantitative and qualitative data on tourist activity (general satisfaction of service providers, booking rates, feedback from tourist offices, etc.) and to provide a real decision-making tool. The aim is to put in place a real analysis of market trends, which can represent a real management tool for all local professionals, enabling them to position themselves in relation to the current market.
