- We offer 3 formulas , including one free of charge with the provision of an online sales tool.

- Elloha is suitable for all types of activity (accommodation or leisure services) and is non-binding. You are free to change formulas or leave the solution at any time.

How does online payment work?

The Elloha platform enables customers to pay for their purchases using a secure credit card. Customers can provide their credit card details, and you are free to decide on your commercial policy:

  • Prepayment or immediate collection : the full amount is debited from the customer's credit card at the time of booking.

  • Post-payment or deferred payment : the customer's bank card is checked and certified valid in order to guarantee the reservation, but no sum is debited. If necessary, the customer accepts to be debited for all or part of the sums due. The customer will then pay the partner directly on arrival or departure, using the means of payment of his choice (credit card, cheque, cash...).

  • Pre-payment and post-payment or mixed payment : part of the amount is deducted from the credit card (automatically at the time of booking, or after agreement with the customer by email or telephone). Bank transaction charges will only apply to this transaction, not to the full amount.

If you do not have a payment terminal, the platform offers 2 main options :

  • Connection toStripe, one of the world's leading online payment systems, which enables payments to be processed directly from the Elloha platform, at a cost of 3% per direct debit.

  • Connection with thePayBox tool, which connects the Elloha account to a VAD account negotiated with your bank. In this case, you pay bank commission only to your bank, at the rate you have negotiated.

So, if the customer cancels or doesn't show up, you can choose to debit the amount from the registered bank card, subject to Stripe's fees (3%) or your bank's customized fees.

If you don't have a payment terminal, the platform offers 2 options:

- the Stripe option, one of the world's leading online payment providers, allows you to operate payments directly from the Elloha platform for a fee of 3% per direct debit.

- If you already have a VAD account negotiated with your bank, you can connect your current payment solution to Elloha. In this case, you only pay your bank commission at the rate you have negotiated. Today, Elloha is connected to Stripe, Ogone, Paybox and Mango Pay.
